At DYNACON LTD we take pride in our work. We engage with our Clients and their design teams of Architects, Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to build high-quality, long-lasting projects in Limassol.

We do projects located up to a maximum distance of 40km from head office and valued from a few thousand euros up to a maximum of 4 million euros. We do Client projects for :

New buildings and houses

We only do reinforced concrete or structural steel framed projects (we do not do timber or light gauge steel framed). We need full drawings and the bill of quantities to give a quotation. Before project start, we will always need a copy of the planning permit and the title deed.

Renovations

For major renovation projects, we need full drawings and the bill of quantities to give a quotation. For smaller renovations (valued up to a few hundred thousand euros), we can provide a full design and build service. Before project start, we will always need a copy of the planning permit (if required by law) and the title deed.

Structural repairs

For major structural repair projects, we need full drawings and the bill of quantities to give a quotation. For smaller structural repairs (valued up to a few hundred thousand euros), we can provide a full design and build service. Before project start, we will always need a copy of the planning permit (if required by law) and the title deed.

Seismic retrofits

For major seismic retrofit projects, we need full drawings and the bill of quantities to give a quotation. For smaller seismic retrofits (valued up to a few hundred thousand euros), we can provide a full design and build service. Before project start, we will always need a copy of the planning permit (if required by law) and the title deed.

At DYNACON LTD we have successfully been in the construction business for 40+ years by following the same key principles of our 3 founders : professionalism, transparency, performance, responsiveness and respect for people and the environment.

All of our project quotations, irrespective of size, include insurance cover with a joint names Contractor’s All-Risks insurance (C.A.R) and a Public Liability insurance (P.L). For most projects, the Ε1 (Α) – Form of Main Contract for Building Projects (With Quantities) is expected to be signed, whereas, for smaller projects, a detailed bill of quantities with attached simple contract terms is expected to be signed.
